Adsense vs chitika vs adbrite is ok
On the advertising system there are more than big company to follow their advertiser program. As Publisher, You want to monitix\ze your blog for revenue an money. The money use for maintenance and life long website.
Some question other ads beside adsense.
I know about Chitika with their PPC and Adbrite with PPC too. There are problem to making a page with the all ads.
My experience tell about Adsense vs chitika vs adbrite is ok. Now if your visitor do not like adsense. And they know that links is adsense may be they want to click other ads from adbrite with Page ads or Link in text.
If they want a product, May be they look like to click Chitika ads. TOS on the program can makeing more money with your all traffic.
You can choose configuration.
Adsense + Chitika or
Adsense + Adbrite or
Adbrite +chitika or
Adsense +chitika +adbrite 
Absolutelly, I sugggest alone ads on one page.. That is the good way for template.

I haven’t really seen much revenue generated with adbrite or adsense. I haven’t tried chitika yet. Maybe I just don’t have enough advertisements on my site. It’s a fine line. Sometimes too many ads are a distraction.
