Infolinks or Kontera and Echotopic are alternative PPC
The big broker that I know is Infolinks, kontera, and echotopics. I am still trial for that broker. I do not know. How better? and What is the big revenue for my blog and website. I have conclusion after join this broker.

You can check out Infolinks, Chitika inLinks, Kontera etc Though PPC ads are always better than all these stuff.

It depends on their work load, though they normally take around a weeks time for any reply, hence you need to wait.
